Client objectives

The Renault Group started POS digitization, implementing screens at the heart of showrooms. Located in waiting areas, screens are designed to give a complete overview of the existing offer. They integrate content from various horizons [Sales, After Sales, local & corporate news] which require periodic update.

In Africa, Middle East and India showroom equipment is still partial, and local offer is often specific. For Renault, it was necessary to evolve the existing solution to suit all countries, reach more showrooms and give access to larger content through a more modern and intuitive interface.

MakeMeScreen’s contribution

We lead the complete overhaul of the showroom tablets navigation interface, to feed the brand, to better accommodate and accompany the customer journey, and eventually rethink content.

What is currently being developed:

  1. Waiting media playlist showcasing the latest commercial news
  2. More modern and attractive screen design for customers
  3. Integrated contact forms to capture customer data
  4. After-sales content to secure customers
